1. Definitions
In these terms and conditions, "The Company" or "The Seller" means All
Christening, "The Buyer" means the person who buys or is to buy the products,
and the "Products" or "Goods" means any products and goods sold, subject
to this Contract.
2. Colour Reproduction
Reproduction of colour on the web site online is as accurate as photographic
and electronic processes will allow, and should be used as a guide only.
Designs are subject to change.
3. Acceptance of Order
"The Seller" must validate the credit or debit card details "The Buyer"
submits before the order can be accepted. Once that has been done, "The
Seller" will confirm that the order has been received by sending an email
to the email address provided by "The Buyer" in the order form. "The Sellers"
acceptance of "The Buyers" order brings into existence a legally binding
agreement between "The Seller" and "The Buyer".
"The Seller" accepts all orders for goods, subject to availability. "The
Seller" will advise on delivery timescales and if the order cannot be
fulfilled "The Buyer" will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
All goods are sold and will be charged at the current retail selling
price as at the date of sales order. "The Seller" has the right to alter
prices without notification. Any variation is at the discretion of "The
Seller". No contract will exist between "The Seller" and "The Buyer" unless
an order placed by "The Buyer" has been accepted by "The Seller".
4. Payment
"The Company" prefers payment online by Credit Card. Payment may also
be made by telephone, fax and email. To make such payments please email
sales@allchristening.co.uk, telephone 01656 773345, fax 01656 772688 with
your order details. "The Company" accepts most major credit or debit cards.
Full payment will be debited before the despatch of the goods. All credit
and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation
by the card issuer. If the card issuer of "The Buyer" payment card refuses
to authorise payment to "The Seller", "The Company" will contact "The
Buyer" to discuss alternative arrangements.
5. Reservation of Title
All goods remain the property of "The Company" until full settlement has
been accepted by "The Seller".
6. Delivery
"Special Offer - FREE DELIVERY IN THE UK
- All goods despatched using standad postal methods" .... Delivery
of goods to addresses in mainland Britain is free of charge for orders
to the value of £99 or more. Orders for delivery to such addresses to
the value of less than £99 are subject to a delivery charge of £6.95 irrespective
of the number of items ordered. Orders placed, accepted (and confirmed
by email) by "The Company" will, in normal circumstances, be despatched
in 24 - 48 hours. "The Company" will contact "The Buyer" with a tracking
number once goods are despatched. Special delivery arrangements may be
in force for Christmas, the New Year and Bank Holidays.
7. Suppliers Instructions
"The Buyer" is responsible for ensuring that proper care and cleaning
instructions, are clearly adhered to. "The Buyer" consequently accepts
full responsibility and fully indemnifies the company for any damage or
consequential loss and all costs, liabilities, demands and expenses caused
by lack of understanding of the Product by the user. All Goods must subsequently
be returned to the specific Manufacturer for Inspection, which may be
duely applied.
8. Buyers Obligations & Claims of Delivery
All goods received by "The Buyer" must be immediately examined for any
transit damage or manufacturing faults/defects, which may be detected,
and any claim to "The Company" must be reported to "The Seller" within
7 days of taking delivery failure to notify "The Seller", shall constitute
waiver of all claims which any such examinations should have and would
have subsequently revealed.
9. Returns and Refund Policy
"The Company" is committed to providing total customer satisfaction. Any
items purchased from "The Seller" and returned (at "The Buyer's" expense)
within 14 days of delivery, providing the item is in an upspoilt condition
in that it remains in all original packaging
with all original labels attached and has
not be worn, washed, soiled or damaged in anyway and the appropriate
receipt has been enclosed, it will then be accepted for full credit, exchange
or refund entirely at "The Buyer's" option. "The Compnay" regrets
that postage, packaging and insurance are direct costs and cannto be refunded.
Should "The Buyer" need to return any item, please arrange for goods to
be sent back to All Christening at the following address, being sure to
enclose the Return Form duly completed:

"The Company" cannot accept responsibility for lost or misdirected returns.
For "The Buyer's" own protection, please arrange for any goods to be returned
by first class registered post.
This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights, which will
remain unaffected.
10. Risk
The Risk in goods passes to "The Buyer" on receipt of goods.
11. Cancellation of order
"The Buyer" has the right to withdraw from this agreement, but this right
ends seven days after the date "The Company" delivers the product(s) to
"The Buyer". Any money "The Buyer" may have been charged will be repaid
by way of a credit to "The Buyers" account within 30 days of cancellation.
12. Customer Enquiries and Complaints
At All Christening we aim to offer you the highest standard of customer
service. However, in the unlikely event that you do have reason to make
a complaint about the service you have received from us, you should e-mail
complaint@allchristening.co.uk with details of your complaint or telephone
our customer careline on 01656 773345 between the hours of 9.30am - 5.00pm,
Monday - Friday. We guarantee that we will investigate your complaint.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days giving the name
of the person dealing with your complaint and provide you with a response
within 10 working days.
13. Currency
Each item is sold in pounds sterling and amounts due are payable in that
currency.
14. General
In the event that any Terms and Conditions shall be declared by any court
of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceability shall in no
way impair or affect any of the other conditions hereof all of which shall
remain in full force and effective. The contract shall be governed by
and in accordance with English Law, and both parties submit to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the English Courts. All Christening shall not be held
liable for any consequences from any cause due to "force majeure" delay,
accidents, riot, lock out, government restrictions or any other causes
beyond its control. 'Your statutory rights are not affected'. All Christening,
