You can either call or send an email. We can get very busy, so we prefer

the price you quote?
No, the price you see is the price you pay, we offer FREE delivery for
orders over £99, all other orders £6.95 in the UK* . All ordes in the
UK despatched using Royal Mail's Next Day Service - No hidden extras!!

How do I put goods in my shopping
cart?
Select the item (size) and then click on the "Add shopping cart" button
How do I buy the goods I have in
my shopping cart?
Click on the " checkout " button that appears at the top and bottom of
every product page.
How do I pay for goods?
There are four ways to pay of goods, we accept cash, cheques, switch or
credit cards, and these are MasterCard and Visa. You can only pay by switch
or credit card online.
What happens if I pay online?
You will be asked to provide your credit card number when ordering. All
your personal data is transmitted securely using the SSL (Secure Sockets
Layer) protocol and will be secured on Worldpay's server providing exceptional
protection for your personal data.
How secure is the online transaction?
All online Credit Card sales are made on Worldpay's
secure site specifically designed for this purpose using the latest 128
bit encryption. Worldpay is the leading payment security provider and
is endorsed by NatWest and other leading banks.
Do you see my credit card information?
If you are ordering online then No, we do not see your credit card information.
All transactions are processed directly through Worldpay's server. We
only obtain the necessary shipping information to fulfill the order.
What if I don't feel safe giving
out my credit card details over the Internet?
We understand that you may feel a bit reluctant to give out such sensitive
information over the Internet, even via a secure server. This is why we
also organised payment by post or telephone. Postal orders are for people
who wish to pay by cash, cheque, switch or credit card. Telephone orders
for people who wish to pay by Switch and credit cards.
How will I know that you have
actually received my order?
You will receive two confirmations via email. First, you will receive
an email when the server successfully processes your order and/or you
will receive an email from All Christening with your order number. Second,
you will receive an email when we ship your order, telling you the tracking
number for the shipment, and when you may expect it to arrive.
When will I receive my order?
In normal circumstances your in stock items will be despatched in 24 -
48 hours. f for some reason they take longer, you will be notified and
given the option to change or cancel the order.
Will you tell me when the goods
are ready to be shipped?
You will receive an email when we ship your order, telling you the tracking
number for the shipment, and when you may expect it to arrive.
Do you have a Return Policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, you may return any item to us
WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT, providing it remains in all original
packaging with all original labels attached
and has not be worn, washed, soiled or damaged
in anyway and the appropriate receipt has been enclosed. Then it
will be accepted for full credit, exchange or refund. We regret that postage,
packaging and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded. You are
responsible for any returned goods until they reach us and we recommend
that you obtain proof of posting. This does not affect your statutory
rights.
What happens if I have a complaint?
At All Christening we aim to offer you the highest standard of customer
service. However, in the unlikely event that you do have reason to make
a complaint about the service you have received from us, you should e-mail
complaint@allchristening.co.uk with details of your complaint or telephone
our customer careline on 01656 773345 between the hours of 9.30am - 5.00pm,
Monday - Friday. We operate a fair, confidential, effective system and
guarantee that we will investigate your complaint. We will acknowledge
your complaint within 5 working days giving the name of the person dealing
with your complaint and provide you with a response within 10 working
days.
Do you do a retail catalogue?
No, because it's cost has to be added on to the prices you pay and we
are constantly adding new products to our web site, so it would become
outdated.
I live outside the UK. Can
I still order from you?
Sorry but at the moment we only deliver in the UK.
